CLEVELAND, Ohio – Plans are underway to demolish the Pearlbrook Buying Heart on the border of Cleveland and Parma to make manner for a Sheetz fuel station.

The brand new fuel station can be positioned on the northwest nook of Brookpark and Pearl Streets – south of Interstate 480 – and can be constructed on the west aspect of the property, in accordance with web site plans submitted to the Cleveland Planning Fee. The plan leaves room for “future improvement” on the north and east sides of the parcel.
